<p>One of the most complete books I&#8217;ve found on the subject is <a title="Mediterranean Prescription" href="http://www.prasoudadietreview.net/mediterraneandietprescription"><strong>The Mediterranean Prescription: Meal Plans and Recipes to Help You Stay Slim and Healthy for the Rest of Your Life</strong></a> by Dr. Angelo Acquista.  It is currently #1 in its category on amazon and has been around since 2006.  It has 320 pages, putting it leaps and bounds over the other guides I&#8217;ve looked over.  At the time of this writing, it has been rated 4.5 out of 5 stars by 91 customers, and you really can&#8217;t go wrong with it.  You can even get it for your kindle if you want to download it instantly.</p>
<p>Sometimes you want to really just dive in immediately, so longer books aren&#8217;t what you&#8217;re looking for.  If you want something more condensed, there&#8217;s a promising looking guide by Anthony Glassman, called <a title="Mediterranean Diet Secrets" href="http://www.prasoudadietreview.net/mediterraneandietsecrets"><strong>Mediterranean Diet Secrets</strong></a>.  He is currently offering a free report you might want to check out, entailing tips to really ramp up your success with the prasouda diet.</p>
<p>When looking for a solid diet to follow, it&#8217;s as much about how it&#8217;s said than what is said.  Just because it&#8217;s a good guide doesn&#8217;t mean it&#8217;ll resonate with you.  So I recommend starting by looking at the book preview of the first and the free report of the second to see if either one sounds good to you.  If neither does, Amazon has a few other options you could sift through.</p>
